Once you have confirmed that the patient account exists in the RocheDiabetes Care Platform:
From the navigation bar, click on Upload data
On the new window that opens, select Accu-Chek.
Click Continue to start Device Link.
A pop up message may appear asking if you would like to Open DevicelinkAgent?
Check the box “Always allow https://care.rochediabetes.com to open links of this type in the associated app”.
Then click Open DeviceLinkAgent.
Please, connect the Accu-Chek® device to the computer when prompted.
Once the device is detected, the Patient assignation window will appear:
If the device is already assigned to a patient, click Upload, and then View patient, once the upload process is complete.
If the device is not assigned to a patient, click on Assign device to patient
Search for your patient by name, and hit Enter on your keyboard.
Select your patient by clicking on the name, and click Assign.
Click Upload.
Then click on View patient, once the upload process is complete.
Note: If the Accu-Chek device is not detected, verify that it is compatible by clicking on Information (top right), and then clicking Compatible devices. If the issue persists, please review the Troubleshooting section.
