How to create a patient account and invite them to use mySugr®

Issue

I want to create a new patient account in the RocheDiabetes Care Platform and invite them to use mySugr® app. 

Solution

To create an account for your patient and invite them to use mySugr®:

1. Login to your RocheDiabetes Care Platform account and click on Create new patient.
2. Fill in the form starting with the “Required information”. 
3. Check the box: “Invite patient to use the mySugr app to collaborate on managing their diabetes”. 
4. Type in your patient's email address, and click Continue.
5. You may also fill in the “Optional information”.
6. When ready, click Create patient.
