What is the Two Factor Authentication method?
A Two Factor Authentication is set up to make sure that your account is protected against unauthorized use. You will be asked for a verification code each time you sign in from a different country, when using a new browser, when your cookies are deleted, or once every month.

Account verification
Unable to verify account? To verify it:
You will automatically receive an email with a verification code. Copy the code from the email.
Paste the code in the box on the verification page.
If you always use your own computer with the same browser, select the checkbox Remember this computer after entering the verification code. This will allow you to sign in to your account, without repeating the verification process for one month. After this time, you will be asked to complete the verification process again.
Note: Your administrator can enable or disable the Two Factor Authentication for all users in the department, a method to protect your account.
