How to verify my role

Issue

As a healthcare professional, I want to verify my role in the RocheDiabetes Care platform.

Solution

There are three different roles for healthcare professionals. 

HCP Master - manages all features in the portal with full access to patients’ clinical and personal data.
General Practitioner - manages patient data, and has access to a simplified view of the clinical analysis.
Administrative - manages personal data such as address, phone, and strip management.

To verify your role:

  1. Click on your profile name.
  2. Select Profile.
  3. Professional role.
