Click Submit.
If your account was registered with this email address, you will receive a message with instructions on how to reset your password.
If you don't see the email in your inbox, check your spam folder. If you still don’t see the email, contact your Roche representative for any inquiries.
Note: Your password must be at least 8 characters long and contain:
a number
a lowercase
an uppercase
a symbol
Note: If you are facing problems with your email or password, make sure you enter the same email address you used when you created your RocheDiabetes Care Platform account.
