I get too many Two Factor Authentication requests when I log in to the RocheDiabetes Care Platform.
Solution
For security reasons, some actions or events might increase the frequency of Two Factor Authentication requests. However, following the practices below will allow you to sign in without having to repeat the verification process for one month:
Use always the same browser and computer, and select the checkbox Remember this computer when introducing your verification code.
Set that same browser as your preferred browser for Device Link.
Allow sites to access and read cookie data.
Set a 30 day or greater period for deleting cookies in your browser’s privacy settings.
Don’t use private or incognito mode.
Don’t delete browsing history.
Don’t disable browser cache.
Note: In case you want to opt out of this security measure, your administrator can enable or disable the Two Factor Authentication for all users in the department. For more information, contact your Roche representative.
