How to search for a patient

Issue

I want to search for a patient in the RocheDiabetes Care Platform.

Solution

Note: You can only search for patients enrolled in your center.

To search for an existing patient:

Type the patient’s name or ID in the search bar at the top.
A list of all the matching results will display.

Need to refine your search? Go to filters and select the checkboxes according to your search requirements.

To search for a group of patients sharing the same criteria:

Use filters to select or deselect all the characteristics that apply (age, gender, diabetes type, last data upload, Remote Patient Monitoring, etc.).
To restore default filter settings, click Clear all filters.
