How to deactivate a patient account

Issue

I want to deactivate a patient account.

Solution

To remove a patient from the RocheDiabetes Care Platform:

  1. Remove all devices associated with the patient. Before deactivating a patient account, all devices associated with this patient must be removed. Select a patient, click on the drop-down arrow next to their name to open the Patient settings menu, and select Devices.
     
  2. Confirm the removal of a device. Select Remove under the column Actions, and click Accept to confirm the removal.
     
  3. Deactivate a patient. From patient view, open the Patient settings drop-down menu again, and click Deactivate patient.
     
  4. Confirm the deactivation. State the reason for deactivating the patient and include comments, where necessary. Click Deactivate patient and Accept to confirm.
