How to deactivate a patient account

Issue

I want to deactivate a patient account.

Solution

To remove a patient from the RocheDiabetes Care Platform:

1. Remove all devices associated with the patient. Before deactivating a patient account, all devices associated with this patient must be removed. Select a patient, click on Edit patient  on the sidebar to open the patient settings menu, and select Devices.
    
2. Confirm the removal of a device. Select Remove under the column Actions, and click Accept to confirm the removal.
    
3. Select Deactivate patient. State the reason for deactivating the patient and include comments. Click Deactivate patient and Accept to confirm.
