How to sign in for the first time

Issue

As a patient with diabetes, I'm unable to sign in to my RocheDiabetes Care Platform account.

Solution

To set up your account and sign in for the first time:

• 1. Create your password

  • Go to your inbox and open the email Your RocheDiabetes password.
  • Click the button Set up password.
  • Type in your password.
  ×Note: Your password must be at least 8 characters long and contain:

  • a number
  • a lowercase
  • an uppercase
  • a symbol
  ×The link is valid for 24 h. If it expires, go to https://mycare.rochediabetes.com (for International users), or https://www.myrdcp.com (only for US users) and click Forgot password to request a new email.

• 2. Read and accept the consent

  • Open the confirmation email Password created! and click Sign in, or visit https://mycare.rochediabetes.com (for International users), or https://www.myrdcp.com (only for US users)
  • Type in your email and password.
  • Read and accept the Security of personal information consent.

• 3. Verify your account

  • Open the verification email and click Verify account.
  ×Note: If you don’t see the email in your inbox, check your spam folder or enter your email address again to resend it.

• 4. Sign in

  • You can now sign in to your account.
