How to change my password

Issue

I want to change my RocheDiabetes Care Platform account password.

Solution

If you have forgotten your password, follow this article.

To change your password:

1. Click your profile name.
2. Click Password.
3. Type your old password, choose a new password, and re-enter your new password to confirm it.
4. Click Change to save your new password. 
5. You now need to sign in to your account again with your username and your new password.
