Why can’t I install the Device Link software and upload data
Issue
I can’t install the Device Link software and upload data from a patient’s device.
Solution
If you can’t install the Device Link software and upload patient data to the RocheDiabetes Care Platform, it could be because a proxy server is modifying a certificate. To check if this is the case:
Connect to: api.rochedc.eu (International users), or api-us.rochedcplatform.com (only for US users) in your browser.
Click on the lock next to the URL and select Connection is secure.
Click on Certificate is valid.
