Why can’t I install the Device Link software and upload data

Issue

I can’t install the Device Link software and upload data from a patient’s device.

Solution

If you can’t install the Device Link software and upload patient data to the RocheDiabetes Care Platform, it could be because a proxy server is modifying a certificate. To check if this is the case:

  1. Connect to api.rochedc.eu in your browser.

  2. Click on the lock next to the URL and select Connection is secure.

  3. Click on Certificate is valid.
